PMDG 737NGX activation not appearing

Featured Replies

Hello!

I have been googeling a little issue for some time now with out finding a cure to this little problem.

I formated my SSD and reinstalled win 8.1. After installing everything back i finally came around to install pmdg 737-800/900.

Install went fine. However when i select the airplane in the sim it does not ask me to punch in my activation key. It just loads the aircraft with no working gauges or bottons.

I have tried to reinstall the pmdg product with admin rights. As well as FSX with admin rights.

Haved tried to delete the fsx.cfg

Have tried to set the internet time sync to all the other possible alternatives.

Have tried to reinstall FSX

have tried to Start FLEX license manager manually and automaticaly.

Running out of ideas here, please help :)

If you go to the task manager, does it show that the Flexnet service is actually running?

Your best bet would be to submit a support ticket to PMDG.
