ATC.dll CTD around KIAH

I am sure the ATC.dll topic has been belabored to death. I have read various posts on the forum.I am using a AFCAD2 for KIAH which was developed to add the additional runways to the default scenery.However, the AFCAD2 did not take into account 3rd party mesh terrain. Another author developed a fix for the AFCAD2 which flattened the area and removed lakes/autogen on top of the added runways.When I fly out of KIAH - Houston I do not get the ATC.dll. No problems. I have flown into KIAH from the North and from the East on to separate STAR's and both times I get the ATC.dll CTD.Could it possibly be something wrong with the AFCAD2 or the fix?I am using Ultimate Terrain, Flight Environment, FSGenesis Mesh but NO airport scenery (i.e. Simflyers, etc) besides the updated AFCAD2.Any ideas?Many thanks in advance.Regards,
