Wacom Intuos 5 instead of a mouse

Featured Replies

Anybody using a Wacom tablet and pen as an input device?  If so how did you set things up?

I replied to this over on the "other" forum, but it bears comment here, @TonyC63.

I can't think of a better way to look around from the cockpit than using the right mouse button, and I'm not into the headgear stuff because I too often have to get up and attend to some outside issue while flying, nor do I use a laptop with a camera mounted in the lid.  For me, the combination of right button to move and scroll wheel to zoom is intuitive and quick.  But for Mac users with only one mouse button (they still only have one don't they??) it might be a good idea.  I don't know how you'd use it to scroll.  Perhaps to zoom the GPS and manipulate the dials there?
