Repaints for the Just Flight Seneca II.

Featured Replies

I saw the link for Just Flight's Tomahawk the other day here at Avsim, so I downloaded the 30 day trial. One thing I've noticed straight away is the lack of repaints for that and the others. One plug here--I don't know yet if I'll buy the Tomahawk--but although it uses default gauges, if one is in desparate need of a Tomahawk, it's the best. It is an improvement over Carenado's free Tomahawk as it has virtual wing views--you see what the student or pilot would see. Also, there's three different visual models--one with one pilot, one with two pilots, and one with two pilots with the second pilot visible in the VC view. Other than the lack of repaints, I think it's a nice little aircraft and Mr. Young's FDE is nice as well. The price may be a bit high given the default gauges--something I and others will have to decide. But given the 30 day eval, they deserve mention for this aircraft as visually it is very nice. I will try to post some screenshots--least I could do during the trial period.-John

Yup, these planes are new. Not much painting yet. I really like the Seneca. Flys very well! Windows open, sunvisors operate. Many surprises. NO framerate hit on my modest system. I am very happy!I even like the default paint. Just looking to change to a USA N number. Thanks Just Flight crew!Oh yeah! You can tell Rob Young had his touch on the flight dynamics! Very good. Priced right too!
