January 25, 201511 yr As a previous user of FSX, though not recently I have taken the plunge and bought a P3D academic licence. I must say that compared to FSX out the box that P3D is a revalation. I'm now looking for some decent photreal scenery for the Uk and ireland for VFR flying. What are othrs using? any reccomendations please? January 26, 201511 yr Given that the quality producers of the scenery you are looking for have all ceased trading, it is unlikely that you will find products from Horizon/Playsims or Earth Simulations very easily. However there is full coverage of England, Wales, Irish Republic and Northern Ireland available from Megascenery Earth. It does not include Scotland, however.
