January 19, 20179 yr Hi, Thank you for the link. I know it and this is the place where unfortunately all my problems start. When I write my key number (copy / paste), with or without hyphens between the groups, the result is "Wrong or invalid key". Then i am transferred to registration / Login page and the circle starts. If I try to create a new profile the system replies that my email already exists and I should log in. If I try to log in, the reply is that no such profile and so on... I am still waiting the reply from Aerosoft, which may bring some light in the tunnel.
