ORBX PNG Tiny Airport lights

Having a weird issue with ORBX PNG, I have very tiny airport lights...

 

See the image... see the little tiny blue lights?  Most of the other airport lights are not even visible.  Seems to be only an issue with PNG.  Other airports look great.
