Vertigo Studios Revival;

 

 

There has been much speculation over the previous months, regarding the future of Vertigo Studios development. At one point, announcement was even made that, potentially the doors would close, indefinitely.

 

Over the course of Vertigo Studios history, we have essentially out-sourced our projects, during each stage of development, to free-lance artists, designers, and coders. Unfortunately, though this may work well for some, we have experienced a less than perfect work-flow as a result. Without retaining source-code in house, it has become very difficult to offer product support, and updates. In some cases, products were never able to reach their full potential. We apologize.

 

There is good news!

It is our pleasure to announce that hence-forth, Vertigo Studios will no longer be forced to out-source our projects. Vertigo has formed a full-time joint-partnership with FS developer Joseph Thompson. Joseph brings to the table 14 years of FS development experience, including experience in nearly every facet of aircraft and scenery development. With this partnership, Vertigo can now establish a work-flow entirely 'in-house', so to speak. This will allow us to quickly, and efficiently complete un-finished projects, and move-forward on new development with a greater level of quality, and attention to detail.

 

While we do not want to specify release dates just yet, 2015 holds a bright place for Vertigo Studios! We look forward to climbing to a higher plane, and once again serving the FS community with next-level add-ons for the future to come!
