No moving default AI Traffic in new install

Returning to FSX after a break of a couple of years I'm rusty to say the least!

I was carefully installing scenery add ons without any issues, followed by Traffic360. I noticed there was no aircraft movement other than the odd GA Cessna, etc
This was at LHR, KDEN and KLAX for instance.

It then occured to me there wasn't much going on before installing it.

After much investigation I bit the bullet and wiped everything. I used Revo Uninstaller Pro and checked the registry.

The only two items still remaining are Track IR and Simconnect.

I am running the Acceleration pack and have installed nothing else whatsoever.

I have Airlline Traffic Density at 100% (which I wouldn't normally do) and there is plenty parked up but nothing moves and nothing flies!

Tuning, for instance, to LAX ground or tower brings silence!

TrafficAircraft.bgl is where it is supposed to be.

What's going on?
