Off topic slightly, please forgive me.

 

Does anyone know if there is another site that has the Citation for sale. I have tried twice using different cards on the Carenado site (both are debit cards, both Visa with suitable funds) but both are rejected, with no explanation offered. It would be nice if Carenado stepped up to the 21st century and used Paypal. I have been in touch with my usual Flightsim shops and they have told me that Carenado is holding back on this product for some reason and not making it available to them.

 

Still waiting on a reply from Carenado.

As far as I am aware, they usually hold back their new releases for a few weeks before making them available to other vendors. I'd suggest you write them a support email about your problem with your cards, or otherwise be patient a little longer.

I've dropped them a line about the PayPal thing quite some time back, and their reply was, IIRC, that they're looking into it. Apparently without any success...

I too, mentioned after my last problems that they should consider introducing paypal as an alternate means of payment, I had to wait until the product went to a vendor and purchase from them (using paypal). I've already lodged a ticket, I await a reply.
