Searching for a European Flying school/Company

Hi,I am looking for a Company in Europe, prefered Germany, that would teach trainees whom wanna become pilots for little aircrafts like Beechcrafts, Twin Cessnas and twin Pipers two engines prop and little jet engine aircrafts like Learjet or Citation etc.I'd like to become a trainee, earning money for that and will become a pilot for these little charter aircraft companies.Do you know any? Have any idea?I am 28 years old and have a college degree or alike, but have not been a university student and no diploma.
