Disable default flight load

Is there a way to disable the default flight from loading within Prepar3d? I've been having issues where complex airliners such as the Q400 are not loading properly or will do weird things when selected.

Yeah,

Options Menu - Settings - General

 

and under program check

 

"Show Scenario Startup Screen"
