After the installation of FSXSE even do I start MSFSX I can not contact ATIS I dont get any runway for take off, nor clear for takeoff etc. does anybody have this problem?

 

And this is happening for any new flight plan I try to make, the flight plans that where before FSXSE ATC works as normal, I try to delete FSXSE, but still the same, and also try I system restore which failed, so nothing changed, do I really need to reinstall my windows?

i have no atc issues with se, try re-install
