February 25, 201511 yr Hi I had to reboot windows and lost all my settings for FS2004 I have reinstalled wilco airbus a320 and a330 but I dont seem to have the correct weight values as the aircraft climbs quite quick, even with a full load Does anyone have a config with the corect weights and fuel? I just copied the model and textures into the feelthere a330 folder for the merge (as I did before I rebooted) Thanks
February 25, 201511 yr I have done this merge and am very pleased with the results - CLS visuals along with Wilco's panel. In addition to replacing Wilco's model and texture files you also need to make several changes to Wilco's aircraft.cfg file, using the values from CLS. These include the [Views], [Lights], [Contact points], [TailHook] and [Exits] sections - ie anything that refers to the visual model. I also found the resulting model a little overpowered so I reduced the thrust_scalar from 0.98 to 0.90 but increased the fuel_flow_scalar from 0.6175 to 0.70255 to keep that aspect accurate. Hope this helps. David David, CYXE
February 25, 201511 yr Author Hi David, Thanks for the reply. I forgot to mention I copied the relevant items in the config. I will try the thrust and fuel flow scalar and let you know how I get on. Thanks again
March 18, 201511 yr Author Just an update on this topic. The A330 model is working fine now but my A320 still has some bugs. The nosewheel sinks on braking and sits a little nose heavy. Does anyone have a cfg. Or contact point entry to help? Thanks
April 27, 201511 yr Hello everybody, I'm sorry to asking that but i've tried several way to merge the A330 CLS and Wilco and i can't have a VC. The first time, gauges were black and i hadn't any FMC (in the VC). The second time, i hadn't any VC at all. Could you explain me please, if possible step by step, what i have to do to have a good merge? thank you by advance for your help. Have a good afternoon! Charles
