Does anyone out there familiar with this plane on FSX?

The Wilco Manual is hard to follow.

I am a novice with this plane.

I just enjoy the FSX, but I cannot find any tutorials that teach you the proper:

1) Take Off setting...I tend to Stall.

2) Once airborne and on AP, I get massages like AUTO FLT A/THR and Beeping, AP disingages
