Sounds when p3d isn't in focus

Hi Guys,

Quick Q: with the 777 you can have sound remains on task switch as with p3d so when program loses focus you still have all the sounds etc.

The 737 doesn't seem to have this so when the program isn't in focus I only have engine noises etc not cockpit noises?
