Spoiler behaviour

Amazingly the spoiler detent keeps staying in the middle from the moment I load the 777 cold and dark until and at all timrd during the flight. I cannot get the spoiler to keep stowed..

 

Whenever I attempt to stow the spoilers, be it with the "shift + /" keyboard command or directly by the detent in the plane, it remains stowed for a few seconds and automatically gets back in the middle which obviously triggers a warning "spoilers extended". I stow the spoilers again but the command gets back to the middle, again and again. Whatever I do does not correct the problem.

 

What do I do wrong and what should I do to get the spoilers to keep stowed when unnecesary.

Check to ensure your hardware does not have a spoiler axis assigned.
