could this resolve my issue with trying to start up p3d successfully?

i cant start p3d as i get a message saying "p3d cannot find default aircraft files, please reinstall p3d" i have tried everything to fix it apart from overwriting p3d with backup folders from Estonian migration tool, if i try this, could it work?
