737NGX De-Registration Operations Error

Hi All...

I am in the process of moving to a new simulator PC. I received an operations error after I requested the license de-registration from the CDU.

I had already upgraded my GPU and removed an extra hard drive from the PC prior to attempting de-registration but made sure to attempt de-registration prior to wiping the PC while still on the same motherboard / processor as well as my Windows instance. Is this amount of hardware change enough to prevent successful de-registration?

I would like to properly complete de-registration and recover my activation. If appropriate, I can open a ticket and provide the generated incident number.
