I keep getting this error when trying to load ASN or my virtual ACARS, how can I reinstall this file?

 

msvcr120_clr0400.dll

 

 

Error message is "The program cant start because msvcr120_clr0400.dll is missing from your computer.  Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"
