Has there ever been any word on plans to include oceanic procedures?  Right now, this is the main thing missing that's making my mouse hesitate on the "Buy" button....

I've not heard of any plans to add this would be great if they did, best thing to do is email the developer Tegwyn, he's normally really good at answering queries.
