Hello;

 

Im thinking about upgrading my video card,to the GTX 970,I have a few questions,Im currently running Fsx,but have P3D ,the latest version,when I replace the video card,is there anything special I will need to do,for Fsx.

After installing your new card and drivers you should probably rename you fsx.cfg file to something like fsx_old.cfg and let FSX reconfigure itself around the new hardware, then manually put back any custom tweaks from the old file into the new by comparing them both. You will then probably want to play with the graphics settings to find a good balance between visuals and performance as your new hardware will hopefully allow you to move the sliders further to the right whilst still giving you the performance you require.
