Well after tinkering with this cpu leaving HT enabled with no affinity mask set in the cfg file is the best result, its so smooth i felt sick, lol, tried it with ht off and af mask at 14 and ht on and af set to 84, it was very choppy, after deleting my af settings I could not believe how smooth it was.

Not really sure that this is relevant to the hardware forum seeing as you are posting about FSX configuration settings but your findings just add to the general consensus that there is no on-size-fits-all approach to FSX configuration settings and that you should try each suggested tweak to see if it works for you and if not don't use it.
