How can I change the fps display, text size and color ?

I have noticed in Rob Ainscough's videos that he has it displayed in a way that I would like.

Also a single counter would be better for me. I thought maybe changing AverageFrameRate=1,1 would do it but it doesn't.

 

A solution that's easy for my ageing eyes would be nice.  :-)
