Volumetric Gras for whole FS9

I wanted to ask if someone know a programm (Payware or Freeware) which adds 3d grass (Volumetric gras) to the whole FS9. Many Airports for FSX and also some in FS9 have volumetric gras. Here's a link to picture of what I mean.

Of course I searched also in other forums and I read that long time ago was a freeware for that. But I couldn't find it yet.
