City lights from high altitude

Hi guys, 

Sorry if this was discussed before i just couldn't find anything about it. The thing is that i like to fly airlines, the only thing from making the night flying my favorite flying time is that the city/road lights texture are not bright enough.

i played a lot my display settings and i just couldn't find the right result. is there any way to make the night lights texture stronger (brighter) from high altitudes. i am not speaking about 3D lights which are visible anyway above some altitude.
