AA or texture filtering not working

Hi i used all the forums and tips but I still cant get my anti aliasing to work correctly in DX10

My specs:

AMD R9 270

Amd A6-3670k

6GB of DDr3 1332 MHz

Resolution 1600/900

6GB DDR3 1333 MHz*

It is a problem with AMD, or lets say it needs a little bit more of playing around with the settings when you use an AMD graphics card. I fixed the problem just announcing it for others. My problem stemmed from the fact that every time I restarted my computer this is what I saw.

But i realized i had to click override application settings and change it to 4x (which is what it was set to in the dx10 fixer) and then change it back to use application settings and right click apply now, before I started fsx. I didn't realize what a big difference it made.
