Hi, I am taking a trip this summer,and I was needing to know something, I have seen videos that people shot while the plane was landing, taxing, and I was planning on doing the same, but I already know that they said you cannot operate electronic devices? Is there a difference or is just precautionary ? Thanks, Matt

IF the stewardess sees you using your camcorder, she'll tell you to switch it off.However.... don't sweat it. The reason for the turn em off rule is to prevent people being engrossed in their CD, for example, and disoriented when the plane crashes and they have to evacuate. Cell phones, of course, are a different story - they actually can interfere with other types of radio.Richard
