July 19, 200520 yr Does any one know if you can set the PC12 to load up dead? Dead meaning you must go through the cold start. Thanks guys! :-wave Chase Barnett
July 19, 200520 yr Easiest way is either to setup a cold and dark saved flight for the PC-12, or have your normal "default" flight in FS be a cold and dark situation. When you load the PC-12, it will be cold and dark as well. That's what I do and it works like a charm.VFR_CanuckFlight1 C172RealAir SF-260Dreamfleet Bonanza A36MAAM DC-3
July 19, 200520 yr yes very easy, load up the default cessna, set it to cold and dark, move it to the airport of your choice, then switch to the PC12 and save the flight, then just load up that flight when you want cold and dark and just move it to whatever airport you want to fly from.
July 19, 200520 yr Author i wish this was an option in the configuration manager... dont you? :)Thanks for your help guys! :-wave Chase Barnett
July 19, 200520 yr >i wish this was an option in the configuration manager...>dont you? :)No, not really! Not when setting it up is as simple as it is. More complex addons need the option, but not this one I thinkAllcott
July 20, 200520 yr Author i think the reason i like it is because its a turbo prop and i can do it with ease. Drop me in the PMDG or 767, and ill go crazy. But i get the feeling im "good" by doing it in a turbo prop. :):-wave Chase Barnett
July 20, 200520 yr Then DON'T buy the Aeroworx King Air B200 X-treme Edition - all that knob-twiddling, button pushing and lever tugging fried my private pilots brainAnd that was just to open the manuals ;-)`Lost` myself in the sim for about four hours last night - if the PC12 is simple because of the complex systems, the King Air is the exact opposite. What a great pair they make!Allcott
