DEFAULT AIRCRAFT PLEASE HELP

Featured Replies

l have just installed the PAI aircraft for australia and tryed to remove the default aircraft using the PAI commercial remover but the aircraft are still there... Please how can l get rid of them please they are driving me nuts heheheheThanks guysPaul

The PAI remover needs to be run before you install their packages. After installing a package, it only will remove default traffic from the PAI traffic file. There should be a file in your SceneryWorldScenery folder named traffic030528.blg rename that file to an extension .ORIG.Then the default traffic should be gone. After restarting your computer and restarting FS, if the default traffic remains it has been added by some other program. You will need to either decompile and search all your traffic files, or open the aircraft.cfg file for each of the default aircraft B737_400, B747_400, B777_30, dh_dash8_100, and md_83.In each of the "fltsim.x" sections add the word default after the = sign in the title line.i.e. change:"fltsim.1"title=de Havilland Dash 8-100 Paint1to"fltsim.1"title=Default de Havilland Dash 8-100 Paint1That will not impact your use of the aircraft in any way - but will make it impossible for FS to find the aircraft and use it as AI.Edit - note " used instead of brackets - the forum software expects brackets to hold formatting commands.
