UK2000 Heathrow Xtreme V3 low fps usual on high end pc ?

Hello everyone,

Just recently I've built a new PC with the following specs:

Asus Maximus Ranger VII Z97 motherboard

8 GB DDR3 RAM (Crucial Ballistix Sport)

nVidia Geforce GTX 970 (Asus Strix GTX 970)

i7 4790K 4.0 GHz (turbo boost to 4.4 GHz)

All scenery add-ons like FlyTampa, FSDT etc work fine at 30 FPS locked with lots of AI traffic (custom like FAIB, AIA, TFS fsx-native models) and compiled with AI flight planner.

My only question is it normal to have 16-23 FPS at UK2000 Heathrow Xtreme with AI traffic? Or can i expect more FPS at this airport?

And in this range I also do not experience smoothness. Only when it goes above 25 FPS
