Hi Folks,

I am trying without much success to find a strange issue that has plagued me for about 6 months.

I cannot seem to run FSX/SE in DX9 any longer with out a smooth/judder judder judder smooth effect, bad when taxing and when panning. I have tried every single tweak makes no difference. I even thought it was my 770 card so replaced it with a 970..no dice!

If I run on Win 7/10, now on 10 in DX10...well smooth smooth smooth and very occasional judder just like DX 9 was?

I also have P3D and this uses DX11 and gives the same result as FSX on DX9 which is surprising.

So what have I tried, all components are clean within temps i7 2600k oc to 4.5 Corsair Mem 16gb 970 4gb card MB Asus p8z68...power 850w.

Reinstalled Win 10 clean reinstall FSX/SE/P3D clean tried to re install DX9 same result, cannot see anything running in the back ground AV off.

MotherBoard re set to default and oc  redone..Mem check done

Not sure if the monitor has lost its ability to synch...or Nvidia have messed around with Vsynch in their drivers but I cannot solve this...

Has anyone else got an ideas...I t just seems nuts! and I would have though P3 in DX 11 would be better than DX10..

Well though I would put it out there..

Thanks

All the Best

Mark
