August 8, 200520 yr Does anyone know how to get support for the Gatekeeper application? I've tried the email in the application help window ([email protected]) but it just bounces. Alternatively, does anyone have an answer to my problem? I've down loaded the latest version (1.2.6), which is supposed to recognise add-on AFCADS - but it doesn't!RegardsJim Jim i7-10700K @ 5Ghz | Asus Z490 Tuf Pro Gaming | RTX 3090 | 64 Gb RAM @3.6Ghz | 1TB Samsung 970 EVO+ SSD | 1TB addlink S70 M.2 SSD | 1TB Samsung 850 EVO | 4TB HDD | Reverb G2 | Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS | Thrustmaster TPR rudder pedals | Thrustmaster Cougar MFDs
August 8, 200520 yr Author Hi Jim,The email is correct, I can't tell you why it would bounce. I just tried it from another account and the test email got through. Anywhy, there is some add-on AFCADs that GK cannot and in those cases GK will read the default AFCAD.I hope that helps,
August 8, 200520 yr Thanks RonOne thing that I have discovered since my first post is that if I let FSBuild launch Gatekeeper then it sees my add-on Afcads but if I launch it by double clicking the application icon then it won't look at any of my add-ons. How weird is that!!?Maybe I miss-understood something about the use of it and it should be used from FSBuild, I don't know, but at least I've got a way of using it now.RegardsJim Jim i7-10700K @ 5Ghz | Asus Z490 Tuf Pro Gaming | RTX 3090 | 64 Gb RAM @3.6Ghz | 1TB Samsung 970 EVO+ SSD | 1TB addlink S70 M.2 SSD | 1TB Samsung 850 EVO | 4TB HDD | Reverb G2 | Thrustmaster Warthog HOTAS | Thrustmaster TPR rudder pedals | Thrustmaster Cougar MFDs
August 8, 200520 yr Author Hi Jim,It should work either from FSBuild or on it's own the same way. I'll have another look at it, I bet I missed something. :)Thanks for catching that one.
