Reach RWY from correct angle

Hi all -

 

When i program my route (or even when flying manually) i have an issue i have not been able to overcome yet.

 

Specially if i flew with zero visibility i would have a problem.

 

In the ND i get no indication on wich angle the runway i'm about to land on. When i turn the ND mode button to APP i get no indication either, even if i have tuned the VOR for the airport. The virtual slope even stay 90 degrees away from what is correct. (I must do something wrong here)

 

How can i get an indication on which angle to intercept the runway from except just visually?

 

When i am on final i have to turn off the entire automatic flight system and bank in all directions to align the plane with the runway before landing.
