I seen there is a new installer for the download version of the mesh.  How do I do this with DVD version?

From PILOT'S site it appears that we DVD owners have to wait until they release a new installer:

"For our DVD versions we are just working on updated installers, which turned out to be more difficult than anticipated due to the variety of versions around. Stay tuned as we will announce their release whenever they are ready."

I did a manual installation based on this link.

7-zip was able to open all the bin files without having to rename to *zip.  I extracted all the *.bin files with *_10_* in the name, where there were conflicts I always selected files with newer dates.

I had to reference my old P3Dv2 installation backup to decide which bgl files to rename*.  Although the procedure provides a list, I found that this list did not quite agree with the renamed bgl files I had in my P3Dv2 install.

I  also referenced my P3Dv2 backup to get the entries for the scenery.cfg file*.

As far as I can tell it all seems to work.  I'll undo my changes and reinstall when they provide a new installer.

*let me know if you'd like me to post these.
