August 23, 200520 yr Hi,I downloaded from your site here BELG7000 and I followed all the instructions as I was told but now I see for the Belgian coast islands where there are none in real. Can someone help me? I had NL2000 and roads off eyurope also installes and I thought that was the reason but after I deinstalled this it was still the same. So help me if you want to. Thanks.ricardo :-eek
August 23, 200520 yr Hi,Me here again . I took some screen prints with fsscreen. So you can see there is the see than a peace off land than the beach and than land again????What can ba the cause ?Ricardo
August 23, 200520 yr Even though the file is here for download, most of the files here are simply uploaded here. Unless the author uses the site for support, or another user has seen your problem, you may not receive a quick answer. The Belgium scenery you mention was created by Freddy Bridoux. If there's an email address for Freddy, he may be able to answer your question best if nobody here can.Regards,John
August 24, 200520 yr Hi,You need to follow all instructions in the readme, including downloading and installing the mesh files. ;-) Greets,Bart
August 24, 200520 yr Hi Guys,Thanks for your answer? I already mailed three times to the guy who designed BELG7000 but he only answered once to tell to follow the instruction wich I did and that is the result.Bart,The mech is that the one from the french guy?Is there a difference if you put a scenery first or after a other?thanks ricardo
August 24, 200520 yr Judging from these screenshots I would say that you still have a Landclass file from All Roads of Europe (AROE) active. Are you sure you did the uninstall right? As you might know AROE makes changes to the MS default coastlines. These changes also need a landclassfile in order to keep the coastline intact. Look for c:ProgramsMicrosoft GamesFlight Simulator 9FSQualityFSQ-Roadssceneryeurope.bgl and see if scenery is still active.BTW AROE user might want to move this file into its own directory because it will cause memory leaks in its default location (its a landlclass file in a scenery directory that also has a texture directory)But then again maybe its something totaly different.I don't know the BELG7000 add-on scenery but maybe it also needs a special landclass file to go with its coastlines?
August 24, 200520 yr :-zhelp Hi ,I deleted the aroe file completely but everything stayed the same could it be that such a landclass still is in a other file??I dobn't know what to do!
August 24, 200520 yr I sure hope you used the uninstall program that came with AROE. AROE overwrites a lot off regular default coastlines. If you manualy deleted AROE you will still have the AROE coastlines.Watch what they say at their site (fsquality maker of AROE)'NOTE 2): If you have allready uninstalled All roads of EUROPE or want to uninstall the add-on for some reason (in that case please use the uninstaller, which can be found under Start/Programs/FSQuality/All roads of Europe) and after deinstallation do miss some default airportbuildings, please open the folder FS9SceneryEURWScenery (where FS9 is your Flightsimulators directory), where you will find a file OB9EURW0.org. Please rename this file to OBEURW0.BGL (please make sure you type BGL in major letters!) and the buildings willreapear.'Your best bet now is to look in the FS9SceneryEURWScenery directory and replace the BGL's that are there with the .ORG copys you find there.
August 25, 200520 yr Yes it's the one from the french guy. Actually you have to install 2 mesh files (see readme or the BELG7000 website)The scenery should be ABOVE the mesh.
