Have you recently found tracking cookies?

Just looking to confirm something for myself.

Do you keep your computer updated, use Internet Explorer and recently found over a dozen tracking cookies during a scan?
Have you tried to remove them but they keep coming back each time you use IE?

If you have updated all your machine's software but haven't scanned recently, scan before you reply if you are going to say your machine is clean.
