I had to re-install my x-plane and now none of the keys in any of the FMS's from any aircraft will work. Can someone help? Thanks

My first guess would be that, if you are on windows, you have not installed Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 and subsequent packages to your system.  Most aircraft with MCDUs require them, but you usually don't get the screen displays either.
