Trees on every Airport in Scotland

Featured Replies

POsted my problem on Orbx-forum, but get no answer. Perhaps here is somebody who can help me. I installed Scotland for the first time, but there is no chance to start/land anywhere: On every airport in scotland are trees on the runway and the taxiways. Applied both patches for scotland, but with no effect. On the screenshot you can see Kirkwall. Any suggestions what to do? In the meantime i've installed the latest orbx-library, ftx-central2, but nothing changes. This lovely scenery is useless for me, if the only way to see the airports is to reduce autogen to minimum.

i had the same problem recently, after installing new zealand my british isles had trees everywhere, i was able to fix it by doing a refresh of the terrain.cfg file!

the procedure is detailed on their forums here:

it may not be the issue but i would suggest that will fix your problem, it looks a bit daunting but actually was quite painless to fix. also double check that the order of stuff in your scenery library is correct.

cheers
