No ORBX Lights at night

Hi all, I have Prepar3d V3.  I installed Prepar3d V3 recently as well as the PMDG 737NGX and Preciptfx.  I downloaded FTX Global 1.40 and installed it seeing it has compatibility for Prepar3d V3.  I went to Program Data and checked the Terrain.CFG and there are ORBX entries within this file (I used to move it to the P3D foler install FTX and move it back.)  The textures seem to be working without an issue, but the Lights do not.  I did end up going to the Scripts folder and setting the lights in FTXLights to a different size and type but no avail.  There is an ORBX Libraries update, not sure if that has something to do with it?  Any suggestions?

*RESOLVED* FTX has a new Lights Configurator that I downloaded and installed/configured and now I have lights!
