scenery problem ( night time )

Hello 

 

can some one help me with this problem , i have too many scenery installed but the problem is at night everything is white ( taxi ways building etc ) but in day time scenery works fine 

attached some photos

 

i do not have this problem in default scenery  only in installed ones
