I would like some software that allows someone to fly in my home cockpit while i sit outside the cockpit controlling the atc

 

What software can do this?

I can think of several ways to do this. Using the same sim software one system can host a session and the other join. That would give you access to some basic tools for ATC operations. Moving from there the radar and pilot clients can be configured to work on a smaller more personal network system. That would be at the other end of the complexity scale for setup and use of the software.
