I cannot figure out how to get the glideslope indicator to function. CDI and localizer works, but no localizer. Help!

Did you set the CDI on VLOC (or VNAV can't remember) in the GNS/GTN and the ILS on NAV1? I have P3D v3 on W10 and it works
