Weird Scenery on Default airports

I have been having this problem for a while now, the only addon scenery I use is FlyTampa Sydney. I will add a screenshot to show what happens at all airports.

Also I have noticed when I fly near where water is supposed to be the water is actually just like a desert ground texture, has anyone had this problem or know how to fix it?
