Help Needed !!!!!!! Problems with Windowed Setting

Featured Replies

I do not know why , but I think the whole thing started after I installed some French VFR Photo Realistic Sceneries, although they are not the culprit in my opinion. Now when I Start FS9.1 it starts in full screen except for a Blue Strip the Identifies That this FS 2004 etc , etc. When I click on Alt (right side Alt), the FS menu comes up giving me enough time to do some setup changes, changing planes, airport, views, etc, BUT then ist goes back to how it started.I have tried evrything to no avail.I do not like flying in full screen, and always fly in windowed mode. What can I do? Reinstall the darn thing?Your suggestion/help would be highly appreciated.Alienware Laptop 7600 P4 3.6 Mhz, 2 gigas ram, 17" screen, 2x60giga 7200rpm HD's, Nvidia 6800 256 megas on BoardEdmundoSVMI

Keys for switching.Or find your FS9.cfg file - use the computer search - find this line and alter the FULL_SCREEN to a zero: FULL_SCREEN=0.You may have it set like this.FULL_SCREEN=1PERFORMANCE_MODE=0DEF_PERF_MODE=4TEXT_SCROLL=1AUTO_LOD=0Other than that u may recieve a bettr answer from someone else - then I can learn a bit more.:7 :-wave :-roll
