Support Ticket 777 unable to load saved flights

Hello PMDG I am posting a topic to inquire about my pending support ticket reference the 777 not liking loading any saved flights either in flight save or on ground. I have no problems loading saved 737 flights, I did install PMDG advised .msi's fro sim connect. My P3D is 3.1 for the client version and 777 is latest. 

 

PMDG or any other users feel free to chime in.
