I think the issues some are having are with the Z170 Deluxe Gary. Don't think there are any issues with other Asus boards as far as I know.

You know what I really think it could be Martin, my SSD.  Either the drivers themselves or possibly how the Pcie  and MB operate together.  If I set default bios, MB changes some bios settings back maybe to allow the boot from the Pcie or something.  Not sure about this.
