GTN 750 and Navigraph Extension Pack

Hello

I have both the GTN 750 and the Navigraph Extension 1.2  installed in the Carenado 300..  I see from a different post that the

Navigraph Extension is not needed or wanted.

My questions would be:   Should I remove the Navigraph Extension 1.2 or just leave it as is? 

                                        Should I install the new Navigraph Extension 1.3?

                                        If yes to installing the new Extension, should the old one be removed first or install the new over the old one?
