Disappearing Menu Item

Featured Replies

I installed Wideview and it is llocated in the dll.xml.. Sometimes it shows up on menu and other times it doesn't.   Any way to correct this?  Here's my xml if you see anything or maybe need to reorder xml?

Thanks,

Bob
