GA, opinions wanted

Hi fellow simmers!I would like to hear you opinions. I have two payware Cessnas in my hangar: Dreamfleet C177 and C310. Cardinal is one of my favourites.I haven

Carenado C182-RG flys like the real thing. I flew the Sim and a RA within a day of each other and the similarty is remarkable.

I use the Carenado 182 as my default aircraft. The VC and outside model are fantastic and the whole package is solid, ie flight dynamics and sound. Realair 260, again superb with a great VC.I think I'm the only one who bought the Dreamfleet A36 and was disappointed judging by the reviews. The frame rates were down in the VC and the whole package seemed more tayor made for using the 2D cockpit. If you mainly use the 2d views though this might be the one to go for as you get a large bang for your buck.

I have flown the 206 a number of times real world and found it to be a capable weight carrier but oh so dull and stodgy in its handling with quite strong torgue effects on take off.Not my choose real world or sim but I am sure Carenado will do a fantastic job of the aircraft.Peter

You can't go wrong with the Dreamfleet Bonanza or the Baron, they are both exceptional aircraft.Don't overlook the FSD Cessna 337 Skymaster either. It's an excellent plane, very well done.Jim

And don't forget the Eaglesoft Cirrus (there is a freeware one here at AVSIM as well). If I were to buy a new real life single engine GA today, that would be it. Fast, great avionics, relatively cheap to maintain, comfortable. Awesome.ThomasN15802KASH
